INGREDIENTES:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup of your favorite Delgado's Fuego sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon aji panca paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCCIONES:
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the Fuego sauce, paprika, and aji panca paste.
Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
Taste the sauce and add salt, if desired.
Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Toss the uncooked wings in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
Let coated wings sit in the fridge for an hour.
Cook wings in your preferred method.
