INGREDIENTES

⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil

1 cup honey or maple syrup

1 ½ tablespoon Sabancaya Delgado's Fuego

4 eggs
-
2 mashed ripe bananas

¼ cup milk of choice or water

1 teaspoon baking soda
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
1 teaspoon chili powder
-
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 ¾ cups almond flour
PROCEDIMIENTO

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, beat the honey and Delgado's Fuego hot sauce together with a whisk and then combine with the oil. Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas and water.

Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt, paprika, chili powder, and cinnamon, and whisk to blend. Lastly, switch to a spoon and mix in the flour.

Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
