INGREDIENTES
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Sabancaya Delgado's Fuego
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup milk of choice or water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ cups almond flour
PROCEDIMIENTO
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, beat the honey and Delgado's Fuego hot sauce together with a whisk and then combine with the oil. Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas and water.
  • Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt, paprika, chili powder, and cinnamon, and whisk to blend. Lastly, switch to a spoon and mix in the flour.
  • Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool and enjoy!
