Once we had Sabancaya and Misti Uchu in the line up, it was hard not to notice how similar these two look so we thought about the best way we could change flavor and presentation.

This herb combined with the Rocoto pepper gave this Fuego a very interesting dill/pickle flavor that people love due to being so different.
